West Vancouver Home Watch focuses its services on West Vancouver and North Vancouver including Metro Vancouver.  We can schedule weekly, biweekly or monthly visits at your home to suit your needs.

An inspection report will be provided after each visit.

West Vancouver Home Watch offers Project Management oversight on any contracted repairs by others, needed while you are away.

Basic observation includes*: 

Exterior Checks:

  • Doors and windows for damage and security
  • Storm and weather drainage
  • Outside plumbing and visible leaks
  • Sprinkler systems
  • Outside lighting
  • Lawn and landscaping (maintained by others)
  • Manage mail/newspapers

Interior Checks:

  • Doors and windows for damage and security
  • Water damage
  • Plumbing function (run faucets and disposal, flush toilets)
  • Water heater
  • Appliances
  • Manage mail/newspapers
