West Vancouver Home Watch is a locally owned company, owned and operated by Christer Hultén.

Christer emigrated from Sweden in 1973 as a Civil Engineer and made British Columbia his home where he has worked in Real Estate and as a General  Contractor until 1999.

From 1999 to 2010, Christer worked in the U.S as General Manager for a Specialty Construction Company. He headed industrial projects throughout the U.S. out of regional offices in Birmingham, Alabama and Portland, Oregon.

Upon his return home to the North Shore, Christer started West Vancouver Home Watch in 2011.
